This document reproduces SubwAI’s published policies and terms for the Funding Application Quiz. The Endpaper contact form sends the submitted company and contact-person details to the folk CRM so we can handle the enquiry and follow up.
We, SubwAI, s.r.o., ID No: 232 91 851, with our registered office at Jankovcova 1569/2c, Holesovice, 170 00 Prague 7 (hereinafter “we”), value your trust. Therefore, we want to explain to you in a simple and transparent manner how we handle the data you entrust to us through our online tool, the Funding Application Quiz (the “Tool”).
1. What we do with your data and why
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our services to you.
Finding grants
Data: name, email, company, website, country.
Why: to provide the free analysis.
Newsletter
Data: name and email.
Why: your voluntary consent.
Tailored offers
Data: name, email, project information.
Why: legitimate interest.
2. Important information
For services and offers, we retain data for a maximum of 5 years. For the newsletter, until you unsubscribe.
Only we and our vetted partners (processors) who assist with technical operations have access to the data. Data Processing Agreements are in place.
The project data you submit is processed by our internal system automatically. This is a recommendation and not a legally binding decision.
We strive to keep data within the EU. When transfers occur, we use Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Your rights
- Right of access – ask for a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification – we will correct errors.
- Right to be forgotten – request deletion.
- Right to withdraw consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint.
